Hi everyone, Is anyone out there using Samba as a primary domain controller for Windows clients and authenticating to LDAP on a different machine? We've just learned that OpenDirectory+Samba on OS X is severely broken (known issue apparently), and I'm wondering if we can make this work using a more current version of Samba on a Linux box that looks to OpenDirectory on the OS X server for authentication. No love from Google on the topic. -Tim -- Tim Wilson Twin Cities, Minnesota, USA Educational technology guy, Linux and OS X fan, Grad. student, Daddy mailto: wilson at visi.com aim: tis270 public key: 0x8C0F8813 _______________________________________________ TCLUG Mailing List - Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota Help beta test TCLUG's potential new home: http://plone.mn-linux.org Got pictures for TCLUG?
