I purchased a custom built HP nc6000 recently. I love it. Everything except suspend/hibernate is working. The only reason this doesn't work is because of the crappy ATI drivers for Linux. Link to custom config on HP site: http://tinyurl.com/3lwfn I got one with a Pentium M 1.6Ghz, 64 MB video, 14.1" SXGA screen, 80Gb HD, 512 MB RAM, CDR-DVD, Wireless 802.11 /a/b/g card, Bluetooth...etc. It is a bit spendy but the quality is worth it I think.
