In the simplist form, all you need to do is a mysqldump --add-drop-table myDatabase.sql > myDatabase.sql from your laptop, upload the .sql file, and mysql < myDatabase.sql...this assumes that the database on your website is limited to view only of course. ;) -- Andrew S.
