Postfix shouldn't really care as long as it can resolve homer somehow (drop a line in /etc/hosts) For your mail problems, I'm no expert, but I would check mynetworks = and mydestination = in your main.cf file to make sure postfix knows what networks and domians it's supposed to be dealing with. -- Andrew S.
