You can use clients like iPodder (http://ipodder.sourceforge.net/index.php) to subscribe to podcasts. In case you didn't infer this from my initial email, podcasts are sort of like RSS feeds, except they advertize audio files. So...once you subscribe to a certain podcast, your client will check for new updates periodically, and (if you elect to do so), it'll automatically download the audio and add it to your iTunes library. From there, it gets automatically dumped to your iPod. This process is by and large completely hands-off, which is very nice if you're like me and use the iPod while commuting. It's nice to have new content automatically show up on the iPod. -Erik
