Thought of another one: 3) Set up FreeNX on your home machine, make sure port 22 is open on it and your firewall, and install NoMachine Client on your windows computer at work. Then you have your home computer at work. Side note: NoMachine does offer a free version of their NX server now, and I personally find it a bit more stable. They only restrict how many simultaneous connections you can have.
