Did the IP of the printer change?  I guess that IP is assigned by your 
router and it can change if computers and printers are turned off and 
turned back on.

I doubt that changing the driver is a good idea if it worked before with 
the driver you have.  It must be about connectivity.

Look at the Windows machine and see how it is identifying the printer on 
the network.
