I think he's saying that everyone's expectations are different.  If I need a part fast (can't wait for newegg), that's where I go.  In my experience they have less of a selection, and are a bit more expensive (YMMV) than newegg, but then I won't have to wait a week to get the part.

Now those who come to me, not knowing what a memory stick is, I recommend they go to Micro-center or Best Buy.  At least they have people that are a little (again YMMV) knowledgeable.
