+1 for Clonezilla, -1 for HDClone. HDClone tends to modify your partition data. I have no idea why, but its flipping a coin as to whether or not your partition will be intact after the clone, unless the drives are identical make and model as far as I can tell. Clonezilla is just great. I have no complaints, the best part is that its free.
