Any suggestions appreciated. lshw and lspci might be useful for hardware info. Raid and/or LVM can combine your drives into one -- there are many different ways to do this depending on what you're trying to achieve. Or you could simply set one drive as root (/) and mount the other as /home or something if you're just trying to make use of the space. -Steve
