Yet another vote for CrashPlan here. I backup to my computers to my own storage server as well as CrashPlan's cloud. I've setup most of my family to backup to my storage server via CrashPlan as well. One of the many nice features of CrashPlan is you can use it to backup any storage device attached to your computer, including USB and FireWire hard drives. You aren't limited to internal drives only like you are with Carbonite and their unlimited storage option is really unlimited (looking at you Mozy.) -- Andrew S.
