If it's just domain registration, I use DynDNS. They're a little more
costly than GoDaddy, but I've been happy with them over the years.

If it's hosting too, then I'm not sure. I have a cloud server with
rackspace, but I'm guessing you'd just want simple hosting if that's the
case.
