That price seems to be for anyone who goes to that web page. I am a new customer, switching from Sprint to T-Mobile, and I am signing a 2-year contract. I can cancel within 14 days, so I will do that if they don't give me my $300. Then I'll wait, and wait, and someday I'll get something, probably. I'd rather live without a cell phone than be treated like that.
