Thought I'd chime in with +1 for ArchLinux. I know I haven't updated in awhile, but I am still testing zol on my ArchLinux NAS at home, and haven't had any issues yet (non-ecc ram, offsite and external backup drive). Arch has a repo for zol which has worked well so far. zraid2 with 4 disks gets about 200 - 250 Megabits per second over a 1 gig line, which is plenty for me. The only thing I don't get with zol in general is native support for zfs encryption. Otherwise snapshots, scrubbing, and compression work just fine. -- Jeremy MountainJohnson Jeremy.MountainJohnson at gmail.com On Mon, Jan 5, 2015 at 1:43 PM, Linda Kateley <lkateley at kateley.com> wrote: > I always like a good joke, please share? > > I actually am in the process of picking a linux(for zol).
