cable is a billion dollar industry, but try and record a show on dvr; it is hit or miss. take control of your entertainment linda. i want to get rid of cable too, but the wife says it is easy to point the remote at the tv and have the content picked out in the traditional format. i see that it will work just fine without it; the hard part is finding what really interests you in a sea of options as opposed to XYZ show starts at 7pm...
