Send them the list of songs and artists in plain text, and let them queue it up in their platform of choice. Unfortunately, there's no standard, cross-platform way of sending playlists to someone. Creating a collection on discogs.com might be a good way (for vinyl and CD recordings). It's a community based database and marketplace site that doesn't directly translate into a playable playlist. However, maybe with some custom programming with their API, perhaps you could whip up an import/export function for music you currently own?
