Mmm-hmm. I wonder if that case is 3038679, which I opened back in 
April 2000 on various problems with RADIUS on the DSL Terminator 100, 
including severe problems when permconn-update... = changed. At this 
rate, you shouldn't have to wait beyond, say, the end of 2001 for a 
fix. :-(
