Hi, It sounds like you have a problem where the call is being routed to a hdlc resource rather than a modem. If you do not have any numbers in the modem->mod config or wan options, then you can let all numbers answer all call types, and be routed to the appropriate resource by the ISDN bearer capability, which is passed with the call-setup message. If you wish to restrict this, you can perform radius-preauthentication which could restrict the answered calls to Switched-Modem or Switched-64K (or not restricted, answering both). If you are having difficulty with this, then the TAC can help you.
