[Ascend] (ASCEND) Protection violation

On my 6096 with 56k modems, when one of my units gets flaky (I get drop
complaints) when I drop to the debug screen I get flooded with protection
violation errors... (I couldnt cut and paste them here)

After reboot fat shows

 Any ideas?  I modem cards or ram flakin?
