I've got the 7.0.0 version TNT pdf's from the TNT training CD's, and the
newer ones from doclibrary and from ftp.ascend.com
under /pub/Software-Releases get the release notes and the new release
binaries.

P.S. And I know what it is like to have RAS adminstration thrust into your
care ;-)
