Greetings Solaris has a 2.GB file size limit unless your program was compiled with the proper largefile support. Try updating/recompiling your db package (most current db's compile w/ large file support) and recompile radius w/ the updated dbmlibs. Today, suddenly, all of our radius servers suddenly stopped working. In investigating, I noticed the error that was consistent was "Missing Radius Users File". We update the .pag file directly using a script that updates our remote radius servers in real time. When I went to investigate , I found that the users.pag file was over 3.5 GB in size. My master radius db file is less than 2 GB. We tore down one of the dbs, imported the users file, did a builddbm on it, then set it back to updating. While the users file was made to be about the right size, about halfway through adding the 400 odd transactions from that day, it again ballooned in size to 3.5 GB, and immediately quit working. I know this has to be a DBM problem of some sort. We are using Perl's NDBM_File module to manipulate the file. Any suggestions from anyone? We are considering refitting everything to use BerkleyDB over NDBM, but this entire event has me very boggled. Thanks in advance.
