A detailed list of fatal errors and warnings is available on 
https://www.esight.com/. look at your errors, lack of memory is 
implied, possibly due to a leak. This is not surprising, as the Max 
4000 has very little memory. pool -v in Diagnostics will report 
memory usage.

I'd suggest doing fsave, nvramclear on these boxes and take it from there.
