A Multiband MAX-HP (a.k.a. Max Classic or Max 1600) is the original Max that only had 2 onboard physical T-1 WAN ports. It also had onboard host/dual ports used for videoconferencing. It did not have an Ethernet port (you had to buy an optional Ethernet slot card). It was basically like a Multiband Plus (inverse mux used mainly for videoconferencing), but with expansion slots so you could add an Ethernet or other slot cards. A Max 4000 has onboard Ethernet but no host/dual port onboard. It was basically geared more as a remote access box. What is the difference between a "Multiband MAX-HP" and any normal Max 4000? _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
