We have a customer that is using an Internet Phone Answering Service.  Every time they try to connect to this service to receive
their messages, their modem will disconnect.  Anybody have an ideal as to what may be causing this.

We have tried to limit the speed of the modem with:

    S13=64S32=34&U8&N30

But this didn't help.  Any one have another command string we can try?
