Engineers, I have heard that a MAX is very sensitive to the number of digits that is sent from a telco, in this case a DMS-10 (CT1). We are experiencing a fast busy on a new unit that I am configuring and have heard that the trouble could possibly be in the digits sent by the switch. Should I have the telco delete the digits that are sent to MAX? I have found a setting (TAOS 8.0.1) for "Trunk Digits" is this something I should be concerned with? Any ideas?
