First of all...where are the FAQs these days? Second, I am receiving multiple SNMP traps from one of my Max 6000 units running 8.0.3 software. A sample trap is as follows: Trap(ascend-6.20) suspectLanModemSlotIndex.7.12=7 suspectLanModemPortIndex.7.12=12 suspectLanModemUsedCount.7.12=35 suspectLanModemBadCount.7.12=4 suspectLanModemLast32.7.12=12578555 My question is this: Where do I find an explanation on the above and how do I tell what modem/slot this problem belongs to. The SlotIndex and PortIndex numbers change so it is not always the same one.
