[Ascend] (ASCEND) Fixed ip address with subnet

Hi 

I have client who has pipeline 50 (ver 5.1a). Needs Fixed IP address I am trying
to assign him fixed IP address with subnet without any luck

My radius entry is

  Auth-Type = System
        Service-Type = Framed,
        Framed-Protocol = PPP,
        Framed-Routing = None,
        Framed-IP-Address=216.141.25.21,
        Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
        Framed-Route = "216.141.25.216/29 216.141.25.21 2",
        Framed-MTU = 1500,
        Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobson-TCP-IP


I am trying to connect to Max 3000. 

Can somebody tell me what is wrong with my radius entry and share what I need to config on the pipeline 50 side too.
