This is just a RAW ping, I don't know if that tells you anything...but
on my tests, without any compression I get a 60ms steady ping.  With
compression I get a 40ms to 50ms ping.  Stac-9 and MS-Stac perform the
best.  I'm just curious if there is anything else I can enable or turn
off to improve my latency.  But so far, the ping improves with
compression.

Do you have any data to back this up?  It has been my experience that
any compression increases latence, with the exception of VJ, only
because of the need to wait for enough data for compression to be
effective, or in the case of truly binary/random data, the expansion of
the data.
