Hi, Just wondering if anyone has came across the problem of a Max3000 not accepting DOV calls? It won't do 64K DOV, but it should do 56K DOV, our Max 6k's work no problems but I need the 3000's to do the same, the setup is exactly the same as the 6000's Any ideas?? Firmware upgrades perhaps? Basically the client, dials in and it just sits there, a finger of the box I can see a 56k Digital connection, but it won't go any further and try and verify user/pass.
