Hi,

We have the same problem with this modems... When they try to connect, they
get an error in the middle of the handshake, and they disconnect.
Others, they connect to 44.000 bps/48.000 bps, but they couldn't get
traffic, they couldn't surf the webs.

Well, I see the review of the TAOS 8.x, and Ascend (Lucent), say that
firmware, have a "fix" or something for the Conexant HCF and PC-Tel HSP.
