Lucent/Ascend purport to meet the RFC's 2138 and 2139 in
	MAX/TNT.

One important thing to know is that this is only the
case for vendor-specific/VSA mode (not OLD mode)
configurations on the MAX/TNT. (also for the new 16bit VSA mode).

	on MAX ethernet>mod config>auth>Auth Compat Mode=VSA

		 ethernet>mod config>acct>Acct Compat Mode=VSA

	on TNT

	EXTERNAL-AUTH\rad-auth-client\auth-radius-compat = vendor-specific
	EXTERNAL-AUTH\rad-acct-client\acct-radius-compat = vendor-specific

Also, please make sure that if you are running a RADIUS
server like Cistron that the attributes are being mapped
correctly. Some RADIUS servers make assumptions that the
MAX/TNT is in OLD mode, which uses attributes which predate the
	RADIUS RFC's.

If you have difficulties on new versions of code, in vendor specific
mode, please look into it with TAC.
