Mario,

We have used your company for some of our Ascend and PM3 purchases in the
past. Nothing but good to say about you guys. I just don't like vendors
changing the rules after you buy their products. We don't treat our
customers that way, and don't expect any company that wants to stay in
business to treat us that way.

It is not my fault that Lucent went on the giant buying spree and over
leveraged themselves. They might have taken a look around at all the stupid
ass companies that did the same thing in the early 1980s (remember Tracor)
and take a lesson from someone else mistake... at least that's what I tell
my kids.

If you screw up, be a man and take responsibility for it. Sell some assets
to get your feet back on the ground. Don't screw your only hope of long
term survival by pushing your customers away.

As for the manual, it is the hardware manual that I'm referring to. It does
not change with software revisions.
