You're probably have the wrong binary on the Max 4000...Look for something with m*t*k*.bin (the "k" standing for 56k, which is the code for these modems). Try the latest 7.x code. The max's will NOT see the modem cards. The software version of the Max is: 7.0.6e9. What's the best software version of install to get the Max to recognize these cards?
