Let me add more... Someone replied referring to different scenarios, so to clarify, we're using Radius, with the problem not showing up on any of 3 other units (one a Max, two are non-Ascend units). However, based on their suggestion, I changed Ethernet->Answer->Session Options->Idle=120 to 3600 (which now matches the other Max unit), and so far, so good. Thanks, Thijs.
