Dear All, The TNT has developed a problem where majority of the dialin users are connected at 14.4k or 16.8k etc,instead of say 40000 or 50000 on our TNT, though some are still connecting at 48k range. We have further checked that the users are connecting at these low speeds on all 5 modem cards. To try and isolate the problem we connected a Max 3000 and a Max 4000 on these E1 lines and the and the users started getting connected on higher speeds like 40k and 50k we have upgraded the TAOS to 9.0.4 (latest) version still no effect. Then we changed Controller card and E1 Card for Max TNT and tested but we still facing the same problem of low connecting speed. Please advice.
