[Ascend] (ASCEND) Simultaneous log-ins - Max TNT w freeRADIUS 0.6

Does anyone have this working?  We are trying to support simultaneous
log-ins as allowed by a user's radius profile.

Running freeRADIUS 0.6 and a Max TNT under TAOS 10.0.0.  

Here is the user profile:


user Password == "password", Simultaneous-Use := 2
        User-Service = Framed-User,
        Framed-Protocol = PPP,
        Framed-Routing = None,
        Ascend-Idle-Limit = 1800,  
        Ascend-Maximum-Time = 43200,
        Ascend-Maximum-Channels = 1,
        Ascend-Assign-IP-Pool = 1 

The second log-in on this account is blocked.  Is there a setting in the
TNT blocking simultaneous use?  Any help would be appreciated.
