This is wrong.  The "My Addr" setting is actually your ethernet.
See below.

I suggest ignoring the address settings under the Configure... menu,
because they are ambiguous.  When you set up the ethernet config and the
connection profile, TAOS will fill them in with the proper information
for you.

Add this:

    If Adrs = 192.168.4.2/30

That's your side of the T1 (rather, your T1 interface).

This is wrong.  Remove the 2nd Adrs, and change IP Adrs to 208.x.x.1/25.
You will end up having this:

cisco wan:    192.168.4.1/30 (your default gateway)
ascend wan:   192.168.4.2/30
ascend ether: 208.x.x.1/25
