i have a max tnt that is currently working fine here is setup - 2 t1 cards, 7 48 port modem cards, 1 sdsl card, 1 4 port ethernet card have 14 pri's and two ethernet connections right now tnt is on lan 1 - xxx.xxx.xxx.1, gateway is xxx.xxx.xxx.2 (no other routes) and has two dial up pools xxx.xxx.66.1 (254 addresses) and xxx.xxx.67.33 (200 addresses). gateway is cisco 2610 that has all networks routed to tnt. ethernet port for system-ip -addr in ip-global is ip-interface {{1 4 1}0} trying to switch to a new network with system-ip-addr of yy.yy.yy.3, gateway of yy.yy.yy.1 (cisco 3640) ip-interface {{1 4 2}0}, pools of yy.yy.yy.10 (240) and yy.yy.38.1 (200). I setup the ip-interface and can ping that remotely, changed the default gateway, changed the system-ip-addr and pools in ip-global, reset the tnt and it just isnt working. dial-up users can dial in and get an address but can only ping the tnt - can go nowhere else. from the console in the tnt i can ping anything - inside or out. but from outside i cannot ping the dial-up users. any help would be appreciated. -- Chad Whitten Network/Systems Administrator neXband Communications cwhitten at nexband.com ++ Ascend Users Mailing List ++ To unsubscribe: send unsubscribe to ascend-users-request at bungi.com Archives: http://www.nexial.com/mailinglists/
