Without subnet masks, it's very difficult to follow your description.
It would also be helpful if you used plausible numbers (even if fictitious)
rather than letters.

Does your router have the appropriate routes for the address pools
that you have configured?  In other words, does your router know
that in order to reach the pool addresses it must send the
traffic to the TNT?
