I saved this from a bit ago. They may be able to fix your access server.
I have never done business with them, but if they can switch a E1 to a T1
on a Max they mow something.

No, it is not possible.  There are hardware differences between the E1
and
T1 that cannot be changed.  Same goes for the 3000's, 6000's as well.
