Actually I hae 2 questions: 1. the phone company is telling me that my max is sending errors out (they can't tell me what kind of errors), but after 8 hours or so the trunk goes down and they have to reset it. they say that they can loop the Smart Jack on the T1 with no errors. 2. My calls are distributed willy-nilly across the span, I have 4 other max boxes that the lines are used in number sequence, 1st call gets line 1 and so on. Is ther a setting in the max that tells it to do that Thanks for any insite you may provide me.
