I am Naminda one engineerfrom Sri Lanka Telecom Internet Service http://www.sltnet.lk (the largest ISP in SRI Lnaka).I refer to problem with MAX TNT about disconnection.I saw your problem in Acend mail archieve.Do you have the same disconnection problems with other routers like cisco? Actually we have the same problem of disconnecting(disconnecting from code 185).Lot of our customers complain about this.WHat is the solution given by Acend to your problem? As per ascend it is due to many reason like retrain errors.Anyone can help me resolve the problem.
