Faisal:

Do you know what WCCP is?  That doesn't consume much CPU on the router
because it doesn't scan all traffic to look for port 80, it just redirects
all port 80 requests on the Serials to X numbers of cache you have running
with WCCP.  I have it that way and it works perfect.  If you want you can
email me and I'll send you the configurations and modules that I have
running.

Thanks for the replies Troy.. I'll check these out soon. The reason i am
moving away from the idea of redirecting the traffic on router is the high
CPU utilization factor of the router.
I am already running such a setup.
