[Ascend] (ASCEND) MAX 4060 - FATAL ERROR: Index: 29 and 05

Hi All,

The Max 4060 still up 5 minutes and reset with erro failure 05
after this, auto reboot in loop with this message.
In the diag (fatal command) the date change to 25/45/2065, afer cool reboot
return to correct.
I reload flash (tloadcode) with the last version, and the problem continue
Who has some help ?
