Also, I believe that when you enable IP filters, there is an implicit deny just like a Cisco ACL. So if you are blocking specific traffic only (telnet,FTP), make sure to add a 'forward any' at the end. If you are just wanting to allow specific traffic only (WWW,ARP), than do not add the 'forward any' filter. Use either filters or firewalls (or both). For firewalls, you need an external program (SCM?) which is run on a Windoze machine and then downloaded into the pipeline.
