I have the same problem with a couple 6096's.
i have no idea why...and dont know how to fix it...it is even running an
older TAOS...
for me at least, the only thing i can think of is bad hardware...
Everyone ive talked to just says "Ascends are crap, go buy something
else"...if anyone has any solutions to this problem....let the list know.

So far i have found that when i replace the battery that is in it, the
reboots slow down quite a bit...it only happens about once in every 2-3
days.
