Hi Akeed,

Unfortunately, I have run into your issue on multiple occasions and
locations, as well.  The issue seems to be centered around the DSP modules;
both the ADI and APX8 versions.  Haven't seen a fix other than 10.0.3 code
(can't confirm) or changing to CSM modules (can confirm).

There is a PERL script on the old Ascend FTP site that you can run telemetry
captures for your MADD2 cards.  You can capture detailed modem-speak with
this utility and use it for call/modem analysis to rule out or confirm modem
issues.

We have a high disconnection ratio over our TNTs with disconenction/progress

code 120/30 & 185/60.
we are using software release 9.1.2 & 9.1.5 also we are using  madd2 DSP
