Hello, and a good day to all. I am looking for a trouble ticket system to use at my job. I searched freshmeat, sourgeforge, and google for awhile but there are so many to pick from. What I am looking for is pretty basic. I would like employees to have the ability to report problems regarding application, hardware, etc. I would like all employees to see the status of all the tickets submitted. Seems pretty simple.
