I know that there's a physical limitation on size on some (all?) iBooks
(unless there's an externally-accessible PC Card slot).  If the antenna
thing on the end of the card is removable, you should be okay (though
I'm not sure what sort of connector goes on the end of the card).

Also, I believe that Apple's Airport card is the only one that has
software support out-of-the-box.  However, some people have written
drivers for Prism 2/etc., Orinoco, and other cards.

You could also get a USB adapter, but I don't know how well they're
