Hi Dave,

One location I'm aware of is http://speedtest.mybc.com - a BellSouth tech showed
this to me when we were setting up a DSL line for one of our customers. They
have several different size files to choose from including 1, 2, 5, and 10meg
tests. The max throughput is 4Mbps.
